- Define the reason for referral and the work being considered
- Review available medical and job-demand information
- Assess relevant physical findings and functional tolerance
- Communicate focused return-to-work information to the authorised employer contact
Before the Appointment
Provide the employee’s job title, essential duties, referral reason, relevant forms, authorised contact information, and any specific questions that need to be addressed.
